2. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

You receive a damaged product
You receive the wrong item

To be eligible for a replacement:

You must raise a request within 5 days of delivery
You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is compulsory for any damage or incorrect item claims.

The video must:

Be recorded from the moment the package is opened
Clearly show the sealed package
Show the product condition upon opening

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

Our team will arrange a replacement for the same product
If the item is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Or an alternative product of equal value
